(810) مَا حُكْمُ اسْتِعْمَالِ أَوَانِى الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ وَاتِّخَاذِهَا.
يَحْرُمُ اسْتِعْمَالُ أَوَانِى الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ فِى الأَكْلِ وَالشُّرْبِ وَكَذَا اقْتِنَاءُ أَوَانِيهِمَا بِلا اسْتِعْمَالٍ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ الَّذِى يَأْكُلُ وَيَشْرَبُ فِى ءَانِيَةِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ إِنَّمَا يُجَرْجِرُ فِى بَطْنِهِ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ، رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.
