(708) مَا حُكْمُ شَهَادَةِ الزُّورِ.
شَهَادَةُ الزُّورِ مِنَ الْمَعَاصِى الْكَبِيرَةِ وَالزُّورُ هُوَ الْكَذِبُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَدَلَتْ شَهَادَةُ الزُّورِ الإِشْرَاكَ بِاللَّهِ، أَىْ شُبِّهَتْ بِهِ وَلَيْسَ الْمُرَادُ أَنَّهَا تُخْرِجُ فَاعِلَهَا مِنَ الإِسْلامِ. وَالْحَدِيثُ رَوَاهُ الْبَيْهَقِىُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ.
