(42) مَا حُكْمُ تَغْيِيرِ مَنَارِ الأَرْضِ.
يَحْرُمُ تَغْيِيرُ الْحَدِّ الْفَاصِلِ بَيْنَ مِلْكِهِ وَمِلْكِ جَارِهِ بِأَنْ يَأْخُذَ شَيْئًا مِنْ أَرْضِ جَارِهِ وَيَضُمَّهَا إِلَى أَرْضِهِ وَهُوَ مِنَ الْكَبَائِرِ لِقَوْلِهِ ﷺ لَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ غَيَّرَ مَنَارَ الأَرْضِ، رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.
