(3) هَلْ تَجِبُ الزَّكَاةُ فِى الْعُمْلَةِ الْوَرَقِيَّةِ.
لا تَجِبُ فِيهَا الزَّكَاةُ عِنْدَ الإِمَامَيْنِ الشَّافِعِىِّ وَمَالِكٍ وَتَجِبُ عِنْدَ الإِمَامِ أَبِى حَنِيفَةَ لِأَنَّهَا تَرُوجُ رَوَاجَ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ.
